Why double clocks?
Clocks are indispensable part of hotel lock, they are so important that if clocks lost or stop the wrong time
will bring inconvenience to guests and loss to hotel. Once clocks go wrong, it might cause: guest cannot
open door, hotel cannot control the time for guest card to unlock, time information in opening records is a
mess and if stealing happened, things get worse.
The main reason that clocks lost or go incorrect due to special environment of hotel: interfere from
mobile phones, vacuum cleaner, etc; Components error, especially crystal oscillator; defects of clocks
components.
To solve this, XEEDER use double clocks, with special ‘clock visiting’ system as the following diagram:

Clock A use RTC, clock B use IC, when A stops, access signal finds A doesn’t equal B, then turn to clock B
and output the correct clock and adjust clock A, and pause A. Vice versa. It continuous visiting and
comparison and mutual adjust will ensure the correct time.
